MEET DENISE

Denise began her ballet, tap and jazz dancing career at the age of 7 in Raton, under the leadership of Jane Rogers and John Packard.  While an Education major at NMSU, McElory continued her dance studies adding choreography, folk and character dance, Flamingo, Afro-Cuban jazz and belly dancing.  She has served as an instructor for the Las Vegas Council summer program for several years teaching a variety of dance styles.

In her own words:

“Line dancing borrows a lot of steps from other forms of dancing, so it’s a natural fit for me.  Dancing brings me joy and I love sharing my talent with the community of Las Vegas.”
