Las Vegas New Mexico Hotel
For door-to-door directions, try the Lycos map service. Just type in 230 Plaza, Las Vegas, NM 87701 Amtrak comes through Las Vegas, New Mexico, on the Chicago to Los Angeles line. We have had visitors ride the train to Las Vegas, stay overnight, and return the next day, just for the fun of it, or to show train ride to children or grandchildren. And some visitors fly to Albuquerque and use the train to reach Las Vegas and return to the airport. The Las Vegas Municipal Airport is suitable for private planes up to medium-size corporate jets. People flying commercially, however, will fly to Albuquerque or Santa Fe Airports and rent a car to reach Las Vegas. Arrangements for cabs or rental cars in Las Vegas must be made at least a day in advance. Call the hotel at 800-328-1882 to see what is available for the dates of your stay. The Hotel does not offer shuttle service. But if cabs aren't available, and with enough notice, the owner or manager will be happy to pick you up from either the Las Vegas Airport or the Amtrak station.

Getting here is easy; it's going home that's hard. Take exit 343 off I-25. Follow the
directional signs to the Historic Old Town Plaza and the Plaza Hotel. There is a yellow unloading zone at the front doors of the hotel for guests.
